INGREDIENTS
2 oz Callisto Rum
4 oz Fever Tree Soda Water
1 Grapefruit Slice
4 Basil Leaves
METHOD
Fill the wine glass half way with ice and add Callisto. Add 3 leaves of basil and then fill the remainder of the glass with ice. Add the soda water, grapefruit slice and remaining basil leaf and serve.
