INGREDIENTS
2 oz Callisto Rum
1 oz Blanc Vermouth
2 dash Orange bitters
Pinch of Salt
1 Grapefruit Peel
METHOD
Add ingredients to a mixing glass, fill with ice. Stir for 20 seconds and strain into chilled nick and nora glass. Garnish with grapefruit peel and serve.
