Spring in San Bernandino

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Callisto Rum

1/2 oz St. Germain

1 oz Lime juice

1/2 oz Falernum (sub Demerara sugar syrup)

1 Strawberry

METHOD

Add all of the ingredients to a shaker and muddle the strawberry. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into chilled coupe glass, garnish with a strawberry slice and serve.
