INGREDIENTS
2 oz Callisto Rum
1 oz Bay leaf
1 oz Aloe juice
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Simple syrup
1/2 oz Pomegranate juice from concentrate
METHOD
In a shaking tin, add all of the ingredients including ice and shake for 8 seconds. Strain through a sieve into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a coin of lemon peel expressed over the glass and enjoy!
