Cocolime

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Callisto Rum

1/4 oz Dry Vermouth

2 Healthy teaspoons Roasted coconut chips

2 1/2 oz Ginger Ale

1 Lime wedge

METHOD

Add Callisto, dry vermouth, and roasted coconut chips to a Collins glass. Stir lightly and let sit for 1-2 minutes. Add ice, ginger ale and the juice of one lime wedge (discard the lime wedge). Stir once. Garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy!
