INGREDIENTS
3 oz Callisto Rum
1/2 oz Martini Bianco
2 dashes of Orange bitters
1 Grapefruit peel
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a chilled martini glass and fill with ice. Stir for 10-15 seconds and strain into a chilled glass. Twist a grapefruit peel over the cocktail and discard.
