INGREDIENTS
2 oz Callisto Rum
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Honey
1 Lemon twist
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds (in order to fully mix in the honey). Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
