INGREDIENTS
2 oz Callisto Rum
1 oz Dry Vermouth
1 dash of Orange bitters
Pinch of Salt
2 Barspoons Cornichon Brine
1 dash of Lemon oil
1 Cornichon
METHOD
Add ingredients to mixing glass, fill with ice. Stir for 20 seconds, strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish and enjoy!
